Is it time to get rid of smart weapons?

Consider the fact that the press obsesses on civilian casualties. However, they focus on casualties caused by US and/or Israeli forces. Both the US and Israel use smart weapons and use them successfully, i.e., they limit civilian casualties. Did you notice that Israeli smart weapons were more of a focus the than "dumb" Katusha Rockets fired in the general direction of Haifa. What would the press do if both sides used "dumb" weapons. Arab suicide bombers target civilians deliberately, - yawn. A smart weapon kills nearby civilians - DOZENS OF CIVILIANS KILLED IN IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, LEBANON, GAZA BY US, ISRAELI, COALITION FORCES. Get rid of the smart weapons.
